I got curious if adult summer camps were a thing. Came across this popular Business Insider article. The camp they featured is in Kent, Connecticut.

I know that the article above is talking about adult camp… drinking and partying camps.
There are several camps in CT that offer family camp. For a very reasonable cost, you get bunks or a half cabin, meals, activities, family challenges, lake, zip line, horse riding and camp fun. You get the camp experience in a positive environment. Alcohol is not allowed and you should think of it as a relaxing and fun family time and definitely not a college or party event.
Obviously also well run summer camps as well.
If you are interested, we highly suggest Camp Jewell YMCA in Colebrook as well as Camp Haven in Chester and Camp Hi-Rock in Mount Washington.
YMCA Camp Jewell is the best camp going. Family camps and residential summer camp for youngsters.
My kids went to 5 different summer camps and I finally convinced them to try Camp Jewell. They regretted waiting so long. When I was young they had horses and ski camp
Seven years for each kid and about ten family camps later at Jewell. Definitely a great thing for kids and families!
There was a series on MTV about it circa 2014.
Bravo aired their Camp Getaway show just last year.
So that's why no one knows about them
I know there’s some nude adult camps….does that count?
I need more information on this 👀
Solair and sun ridge. One of them is a family resort.
Quick Google should also help :) not sure if they’ve reopened
Sounds fun
I know the people who run this camp. They say the groups that come in always have a blast.
I was just thinking about how much I miss camp...

I'm from Kent. We used to call it "camp get-a-lay."
