Is the grow limit 5 plants per *patient*, or 5 plants per *residence*?

Question

If two people who live in the same residence both have medical cards, are they allowed to grow 10 plants total, or still only 5 total?

Per residence. They would be allowed 5 total.

But what if they reside in a different room? /s

Bullshit is what I say! Still can’t believe we need a medical card to grow even that…

I mean as long as you are mostly law abiding and dont sell any you could grow 100's of plants without police knowing.

my main problem is... I would pay the fees no problems to become legal.. but you cant even grow outdoors with a medical card. as far as what I understand and looked up any patient grows need to behind locked doors out of sight.

I really want to do some legal outdoor growing.. but we are lucky Illinois legalized anything tbh. I figured they were going to act like Tennessee is acting on the situation

Good thing mine are all “inside” behind a “locked” zipper!

But ya ofc you can do anything as long as police don’t see and you don’t have shitty neighbors.

Just saw a post the other day where somebody had to chop some plants because he had more than 5 and bad neighbors. So sad

five outdoor plants would last me a very long time. I could fill my shelf and turn my indoor tent into a auto tent or ive even wanted to try some canabonsai plants

I grow auto flowers perpetually or try so I have 10 going at once I think of it as long as I only keep 5 mature plants at a time, it's not as bad. I just dont show or tell ppl, I didn't even sell any of my first 2lbs but my 2 family members gave away so much it pissed me off. That's not happening
