Am I dumb? SE-Store question

I pre-ordered the game back in May. I now have the money to pay for it and am trying to debit now like the email said I could. I go into my orders (yes, I was signed in when I made the purchase, I can see the order, etc.) and hit the manage orders and it askes me to log in, even though my name is in the upper right corner and I am obviously logged in already. I've been on an endless loop for like 30 minutes. I've turned off my add blocker for SE, I've cleared my cache, I've done all I can think of short of a baseball bat to my laptop....

Am I missing something simple? I don't remember having issues with this on HW, StB or ShB.
