Making a few changes for those winning WOTM

Hi, everyone. We have made a few changes to those winning the WOTM award. For those who don't know what WOTM is, it is the Weapon of the Month and it is awarded to the user with the highest upvoted post for that month.

Now, winners will get:

• Their winning post will be stickied at the top of the subreddit
• Their winning post/picture will be on the sidebar for the entire month
• An exclusive WOTM flair by their username
• A list of all winners will be forever immortalized on our sidebar
• Winning posts will be in our subreddit banner

Rules:

• No asking for upvotes
• No mention of the award in the post title or anywhere that might manipulate the votes

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask them in the comments.
