[Suggestion] Need help on deciding

Hi guys a few months ago I purchased this pc from cyberpower https://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberpowerpc-gamer-supreme-gaming-desktop-amd-ryzen-7-3700x-16gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-rtx-3070-1tb-ssd-white/6434646.p?skuId=6434646 (old link doesn't work but specs are pretty much the same on bestbuy) and it should show up in about two weeks, I still have time to cancel the order and purchase this pc https://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus-rog-gaming-desktop-intel-core-i7-11700kf-16gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-rtx-3080-2tb-hdd-512gb-ssd/6455824.p?skuId=6455824 since the specs are better.

I been thinking about getting the second pc since it'll show up sooner and the specs are better but reviews says that it needs a better cooling. As for the first pc I purchased it for $1666.25 and reviews says that its a great value pc. Basically I'm stuck if I should just go for the second pc and canceled the first.

The 1st pc is obviously cheaper but the 2nd one has better specs so i would go for the second one. Maybe it has heating problems because there is not enough fans (there should be minimum 3 ) so if the pc has less than that, i suggest buying a few additional fans
