Diversity means no Asian men.

This ain't anything noteworthy, sadly - just the Western cosmopolitan version of "diversity."

Most international students in the US are from India, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam, Canada, mostly Asians. Lots of Chinese and Indians in STEM, too bad this ad doesn't reflect that and that's okay because the international students shouldn't be applying for crappy loans in the first place.

Racist propaganda

They are all staring at the white man. They ignore the black “friend” because, he is an accessory rather than the “main show.” This ad promotes the mindset that white males are inherently better than males of other races.
