so first you need some sleeping nettles, preferably fresh from the titan’s rotting corpse but if you can’t get that, store-bought is fine

Just substitute the Nettles for MJ. Make some solid edibles. Guaranteed banger at a party!

A large dose of a suppressant like benadryl would probably get the sleep part in, idk anything about psychedelics or dream inducing, but I know there's medical chemicals out there that have vivid dreams as side effects.

I would use melted chocolate for the eyes and the bit at the top. Probably use a piping bag to place the melted chocolate, then let it cool and harden. Once the chocolate hardens it should keep its shape so it won't smear if the cookies are place on top of each other. I think the nose could be an almond with a bit of the wide end cut off. Just press the almond into the dough before baking. While there are a number of different recipes that would work for the dough, I would probably lean toward using a recipe for gingerbread. It would keep its shape nicely and also have that nice brown color. Cut the dough into circles and score the little marks on the edges before baking.

I'd love to try baking these myself, actually, but I don't have anyone to share them with and I'm currently dieting to lose weight, so they'd end up going to waste. Maybe once the holidays roll around I'll try recreating these.

I would use normal sugar cookies and frost them with chocolate frosting- if you want my frosting recommendation, Hershey's Chocolate Frosting recipe is great! I would use M&Ms or another chocolate candy for eyes

the face could just be frosting/chocolate on top because the lines of the face are so clean I don't think it was baked in other than that the cookie could just be any relatively smooth cookie recipe with peices of chocolate put on

Can you make it a weed cookie recipe? I think that would be the best most legal way of replicating the effects
For other places, you could try to find kava root, since that's legal in even more places.
