Senior Living Facilities in the Rogue Valley?

Hi All,

Curious if the are any recommendations (or places to avoid) for senior living facilities out there? Or agencies / companies that can help navigate the process?

Looking to find a place for Grandpa that can take care of his needs, he needs help or at least oversight with most things, but not memory care level.

There are a number of options from professional places like the brand new (and expensive) Pear Valley to Adult Foster Homes. But really not sure where to start or how to whittle them down.
