Pls help

Im building a pc and Im thinking about getting an rtx 3060, ryzen 5 5600x and a 1440p 144hz monitor but im around 50 euros over budget. what should I downgrade to? An rtx 2060? An ryzen 5 2600 or other cpu? Or a 1080p monitor?
