Pic 3.. that’s a damn good stretch
Stunning home. I would start by adding heavy drapes, with the rail not too far from the ceiling, or with same measurements as the ledge above TV. Brushed fabric like velvet is luxurious, there’s also a type of corduroys fabric that has a nice vintage look.
The space above fireplace is interesting. Maybe low-light plants with some hidden lighting feature like lazers (a bit extreme) or fairy lights. Maybe colored, LED tape light could do wonders on those arches at night : )
Good Lord, how high are those ceilings?
12ft high
Very nice space.
What items should be changed or added here ? Place is not quite organized yet.
Key areas that feel bland to me:
Area above fireplace
Shelf above tv
To do:
Floating shelf above dry bar
Some shelf to swap where the art on the wall is
Wall mount tv
Change curtains?
Eventually change out couch
Eventually center fan/get different one
Don’t add a shelf above the tv

I like the space, and the overall look. Mostly not a huge fan of the curtains, I think I dislike how shiny they look and it looks a little odd to me against the rest of the room. I think the room also needs some more color to help make it look less bland since you have mostly neutral colors so far.
