Yeah, they told me everything about my right side was completely normal and I did see the pics. It was a really stupid concern of mine.

My doctor explained it this way - if you have a varicocele 'hidden' somewhere higher up on the righthand side spermatic cord, gravity may eventually reveal it, if that makes sense. But as far as spontaneously forming when it has been appearing normal - doesn't really work like that. 

Also, getting your left side worked on won't have an influence on the bloodflow of the right. 

I also had a grade 3 left.

Maybe a stupid question but I'm scared this may become more serious. My veins are completely normal on my right testicle but can this appear spontaneously after multiple years?

Will have embo for my left grade 3 varicocele (22 years old). Is it possible for a varicocele to appear on the right side afterwards?
