Replace my water heater or try to fix?
The water pressure for my hot water is painfully low. I had a local company come out and look at it and they said I need to just replace it.
We believe it's sediment build up that is creating a blockage on the hot water out line that's causing the low pressure.
I asked them if it would make sense to pull the anode rod out and see if we could put 3 gallons or so of vinegar in there to see if it would clean it and fix the issue.
They said that first, getting that anode rod out would be almost impossible and that it's just time to replace.
The water I do get out of it heats just fine. The only problem is the pressure.
All that said, what are your thoughts on this?
