Does anyone know why skindoctor was suspended on Twitter?

Skindoctor who was a right-leaning handle was suspended yesterday. AFAIK he was very rational and none of his posts were objectionable nor have I seen him use any bad language.

Another twitter handle, desimojito was also suspended a few days back, again for unknown reason. I feel this is the way the left weeds out anyone who is not pliable to them. Either this or defame them like they do to OpIndia.
