Where to look for help?

Hi, I am new to the thread. I have some long story of gastrointestinal issues, but they have been resolved 2 years ago for a while with dietary changes. Then suddenly something has happened, which now I recognize as a dysregulation of my autonomic nervous system. Suddenly in the evening 1.5 years ago I got shivers, felt cold, could not sip on water or anything. I felt so cold that I couldn't move. Only 12 hours later I felt more warmth and that my body started to work again. Since then I couldn't eat anymore. After all different tests, after 1.5 years of torture they diagnosed me with gastroparesis. But as I am thinking more about it and seeing the events that happened few days before the shock, I know that it was too much for my body. My mother has hurt herself 2 days before and we had to go to ER, I was totally exhausted of the long distance with my boyfriend traveling on that same day to him and back to my city, on the next day I was supposed to give a talk at work and we stayed with my boss until 9PM in the office. Who and what can help me if the root cause is the dysregulation? I always thought it was an infection but as I read about it I am less and less sure of it. My therapist doesn't really care about it. Please help.

My illness took all from me. I cannot work, am miserable, my boyfriend just 5 days ago has left me in the most brutal way ever. Just kicking me out of the apartment, per WhatsApp (I moved to him at the beginning of the pandemic)... I really don't want to live anymore.
