ZPAP92 KNS Adjustable Gas Piston - Do I Have to Measure Or Should Going w the Recommended Choice Work?

Just like it says. I know they highly recommend measuring to find the correct size, but they also label one of the sizes as working w the ZPAP92. Two of my friends w the same pistol just got the adjustable based off the compatible chart in the manual and they’ve had no issues.

Can I go off what KNS recommends in the manual or should I wait and measure?

Thanks.
