It’s Dark Chile Powder, Ancho Chile Powder, Paprika, and Garlic/Onion Powder,
Nice, i usually incorporate some brown sugar in a similar mix, and towards the end a glaze of mixed siracha sauce + honey - sweet heat !
Ooo I shall try that next round.
