Should I keep my current job that I don't like, or go to a new one that I'm unsure about?

My current job, cashier -

I can walk to, the pay is bad, but reliable, We got a new manager that I don't like, and I know I won't be able to stay very long because of it. She's also firing everybody or people are leaving because of her.

The job in question, server -

I'd have to Uber back and forth ($40 a day) the manager seems nice enough, and told me he'd work to train me. The money, I've heard can be great. But I'm also extremely anxious about it because, I've never worked in the restaurant industry before, and I keep hearing horror stories.
