Typical special world resources, because of the amount you need. I guess 2.1 will introduce them with a new map part of Inazuma. Similar like Dandelion Seeds or Cecilia.
Edit: I checked and no, these are not the pearls we already have in the game.

I remember seeing a leak in r/Genshinimpactleaks in the “questionable” category. It was a tiktok leaker showing what kokomi’s house looks like.
However, I remember it being so beautiful I close out Chrome and tried to wipe the image from my mind. I didn’t think it would be so… significant. But I think that location is where you’ll get the pearls.
Edit: continued. I don’t think it’s her house, it was the main base, since it was so large.

Yup, I remember seeing it too. I personally think that rather than it being "her house", it'll most likely be a shrine/something similar related to the Watatsumi island's lore. It looks so beautiful though, I can't get it out of my head.
Also, the Sangonomiya Pearls will probably be, as you said, scattered throughout the Watatsumi Island.

Guys i have received some new regarding the CN communities thoughts on kokomi's state and kit, allot were saying that her kit ism't good and said that they think mihoyo will change it for the better, some backlash from CN community could help us out by making mihoyo buff kokomi guys There is still HOPE
