Recommended Quest Order for Part 2

Just rescued Ez and the party is Level 35. I'm trying to figure out where to go next.

• I have the quest for >!Tan's area!< in the northeast (I think it's Lv39).
• The >!wormhole with Cheryl and Kina!< is at Lv38 I think.
• Valrika gave me a quest with that recommended Lv40.
• The bar's quest in the northwest I believe has >!Zinikir!< but it's Lv37.

For reference, Ez's quest recommended Lv34 so my assumption is that there's more for me to do given that there's a level gap. I haven't figured out how to enter >!Vibra Royal Palace!< but I assume there's stuff there.
