USB Headset dongle to 3.5mm or Walkie-Talkie adapter

For a project I have going to make a helmet radio out of a wireless usb headset I need to adapt a usb wireless headset (Turtle beach stealth 600) to a 3.5mm audio jack for mic and speaker, I’ve looked around for adapters and haven’t had luck but I’m asking here in case there are adapters I don’t know about or a way to adapt it in any way possible
