[QUESTION] McLane Throttle Cable on Briggs & Stratton Motor

I've picked up a "non-functioning" McLane Reel mower, replaced the spark plug, and shazam! Off to the races.

The replacement throttle cable is en route. In the meantime I'd like to get an understanding of how this cable gets physically attached. I haven't googled the motor's manual (yet) but I'm assuming this is a fairly trivial task.

Any help, guidance, or other form of encouragement is largely appreciated.
