What are the chances we will see a fully fanless yet corebooted laptop that is arm or otherwise?

I've had the opportunity to try out an M1 Macbook Air recently, and having no fans with all that power is seriously a game changer. I personally wouldn't use one for privacy reasons, though, and the fact that GNU/Linux is just overall a much better OS than MacOS imo. What are the chances in your opinion of when we could see a Linux laptop like that that is also corebooted? Maybe I'm dreaming a bit here, but I would go out and get one of those as soon as they dropped haha.
