Nice photo. Pour over extraction needs work, though. Needs more TDS!

What’s TDS ?

TDS = Total dissolved solids.
This looks like weak tea rather than coffee.
Why should you trust me? I’ve been making cups of single-origin, shade grown pour over coffees on a daily basis for over 20 years.
