Looking for the absolute best waxed cotton jacket for the fall and winter season that will hold up to use and abuse the best

I’m in the market for a waxed jacket for this fall and winter. I’m planning on using it while riding motorcycles in the rain and cold (with proper armour under it), hiking, doing forest management, camping, and hunting I’m looking at the Barbour, Filson and the Belstaff options. Money is really no object but the budget is $550. I’m a tall athletic build at 6’2 and 190 and I’m looking to layer under it depending on conditions but not have it look boxy with layers or overly large without them. I’m curious what your views are.
