My company moved me here from Ohio and while I will happily support the Raiders during any game not against the Browns, after 30 years of watching them mostly suck, I am not about to stop being a Browns fan as soon as they start looking like an actual NFL team.

Tap House and The Boulevard.
I'm a Raider fan so you likely will not see me there, but I am at a bar and the bartender was just telling me how he is a Browns fan right when this post came up. So these were his suggestions.
Kopper Keg on Rainbow and Tap House on Charleston.
They moved from the keg sadly

I also say The Tap House... Also, when you are there try the Cajun Baked Chicken Wings!

And if you're on the SW side, the original Sporting Life Bar at 7770 S Jones would work too although not the official Browns spot. Both bars are native Ohio owned and several of the staff are from Ohio or have Ohio ties.
