There’s nothing inherently wrong with stacking or shooting over your buddy. But if you’re going to be shooting over them then you should prop an elbow on their head or shoulder. One you just stabilized your shooting. Two he can’t just stand the fuck up in front of your gun as it goes boom.
Edit: to clarify this back and forth musical shooters crap is stupid. There’s no need to be swapping in and out like we’re a musket line in 1776.

That's not the only dumb part though. They're leap-frogging towards their target, using each other's organs as cover in the great wide open, and not even using their breaks to reload or do much of anything. That is, until they eventually dick it up and make us all giggle. Why on earth would anybody do this specific drill? I don't have any experience in... whatever this is.

Can't see any reason why this is NOT a perfect live fire drill!
It covers taking turns, because 1 gun at a time is better than 2. It also has a guy covering the rear, but not actually covering the rear. And also gives plenty of chances for barrel sweeps, ND's, and friendly fire! There's so many more tactically sound benefits in this vid, but I just can't find them all!
