I'd say it's about restricting the calcium intake of your partner so the shell will be soft enough. The alternate method of poking holes on it is seen barbaric by todays standards.

You have to do your daily kegel exercises to train your personal railgun to launch the little soldiers fast enough. The egg can withstand some but the continued high velocity fire you're providing will crack the defences.

I concur with one small correction, in the case of a male patient it's degel exercises. Remember, the degel is located between the abdominal knee and the pneumatic spleen.

Chiming in as a veterinarian, and I think I know what you are asking. If I want the sperm to get in the egg, I have to poke little holes in the shell with a pin, and aim like I mean it.
