Hosting C# bots online

I forked an application and added DSharpPlus to forward some information to a Discord bot.
The bot builds to '.exe' and I'm just wondering if any services will host this? AutoCoder is JavaScript only if I'm correct and repl.it is Python. Is there a C# hosting service available?
