Boss of my EX

Hello,

its 3 months ago i was with my ex (we both worked as basic workers in factory) but after our breakup (she left for another worker) i went to my supervisor and told them i quit .. now after corporate management found out about my skills (mostly programming and networking) i was offered a promotion which i accepted and now im boss of my ex... she is now again interested and started texting me after i became succesful .... what do i do? im not really into her anymore but i want to avoid any dramas.
