Kids Are Fucking Ugly, Whats Your Stories?

DISCUSSION

Okay, so context to this. During a zoom meeting one of our members showed photos of their new-ish-born kid (like a few months old I'm not too sure). I don't mind this, some other members had asked and this is a more chill meeting so no skin off my bones, and I just did something else while they talked about it.

But as he pulled the photos up, all my brain thought was... what the fuck it looks like a Goblin. It literally looks like a chubbier smegul!!! I know brains are supposed to have a positive response, if I remeber correctly, to the "cuteness" of children to ensure the survivability... but I haven't felt that since I was about 7. Part of me is very curious about how much of that is my personal bias of not wanting kids, and hating them in general.

But with that said, kids are fucking ugly and my immediate response is always "ewww wtf." I wanted to hear your stories though to see if there's some relation to the bias I have for not wanting kids, and to also just share my experience today.

So, have you ever thought kids were cute? Has that changed? Ect ect!
