Anyone know why my plant (week 3) has all these weird white stains? Her sister is 100% fine and in the same tent.

OP here.

She and her sister are Green Gelato Autos. They're just 3 weeks. Always had between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius and watered every two days. Maybe a bit too much watering. They are planted in soil.

I have started adding nutrients, the general hydroponics stuff, like the Seed to Stoned guy explained.

The sister plant has nothing. She is nice and green. A tiny bit smaller but that's OK.

Of note is that I had these tiny gnats I saw. Just a few, not a full blown infestation. So I got gnat glue traps and let the top layer of soil dry out a bit.

Many thanks for anyone who can help me out!

I took a picture from yesterday, my phone seems to have done a better job there at focusing haha. Hope this maybe helps you out in finding whatever ails my baby!

Many thanks Weedaholik!

Looks like you need more nitrite. Too much water will wash it all away.

Nitrite huh? I gave both plants about 200ml a day (they are in 5 gallon pots). The soil I used was a quality soil mix plus a thick layer of a more perlite centered mix. Strange how one plant has it and the other is so healthy! Think I could fix this by adding a bit more FloraGro (nitrogen) to this plants feed? Or am I going to pull a dum-dum by doing that?

I'm no expert, but it's worked for me. When I see any yellowing of leaves I add some. If no yellow, you might want to wait a bit to see what happens.
