[req] $400 (#Denver, CO, USA) (repay $500 on 9/17) (PayPal FnF or CashApp?)

Forgot about the Holiday on Monday so I've got a four day weekend with no party funds. I tried to go to my regular person but PayPal goods and services put a hold on the funds so they were refunded. I put ???s after CashApp because I don't have one, but I could get one and try.

Edit: Both hanging loans are for items that were refunded because of PayPal Goods and Services holds and are not truly unpaid loans.
