White square appears on left side of screen randomly

Whenever I play overwatch, I get this problem where a white square would randomly appear on the left side of the screen. At first I thought it was a problem with my monitor, but it happens on multiple different monitors, on multiple different PCs. Has anyone else had this problem and if you have, do you know how to fix it?
