People who live in a tropical country, how you take a really cold shower?

I live in Brazil and i have 0 problems to take a long cold shower, 10 or 20 minutes is really very easy for me, but it's only easy because where i live the common temperature along the year is 28°C/34°C.

In the fact: The cold shower is not really cold here.
