Is this a fake/bootleg Hulk Hogan toy?

Going through old toys and found one of my favorites apparently, he is sooo beat up.

It doesn’t have any Titan or Hasbro markings no year at all. Does anybody know if this is an official WWF toy? It could be a swap meet after market. He stood the test of time though. Lol
