Start button issue for redream

I'm using an Ipega controller on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A and I'm trying to play Spider-Man but it absolutely refuses to recognize the start button. Funny thing is it works on marvel vs Capcom 2 and I tried remapping the button but it just refuses to work on Spider-Man. What the hell is going on and how do I fix this shit???
