3060 RTX getting low frames and utilization

as the title says i just got myself a 3060 and my frames are worse from when i had a 1660! ive tested so far Dark souls 3 and GTAV and got 25-30 frames even after a factory reset on computer... please help these cards obv dont come cheap and wanna know why this is happening
