Searching for a gift for my girlfriend

Hello all,
My girlfriend is south american living in Europe and she is quite interested and invested in her local history and culture. She also mentioned once that she traces her family's history to the Ivory Coast/West Africa and she is also quite interested in that part however I didn't see her researching so much. As such I decided that a gift local to that area would be great. I'm doing research on my own however I though of asking here as it's always better to get replies from the locals.

So what gift that would scream west african/ivory coast culture could I get for her? Fabrics, drinks, instruments etc
