Need help wiring Dualtron controllers

I’m pretty much done I just have a few white wires that I can seem to figure out. Also, is it possible to just leave a few things unplug so I can ride it to get fixed. I have most of the core stuff figured out. Looking at wiring diagram seem like it’s all lighting that’s messed up.
