Day Three Is Not Going Well

Hi there, I am on my third day of 10mg generic Lexapro with a PRN clonazepam after a huge breakdown from not coping with the death of my daughter and overall anxiety regarding the pandemic. I feel like I have been hit with the worst flu of my life on these meds. I cannot see straight without hyperfocusing, I am sick to my stomach, my heart is pounding, I am so incredibly shakey and cannot stay awake longer than a few minutes. All of these render me completely unable to care for my youngest. I'm reading that there can be some wicked side effects the first while.. but this seems extreme. I have put my phone down twice just in typing this. Perhaps has taken me five minutes. Should I go to my doctor?
