[USA-WI] [H] local cash, paypal [W] cpu/mobo/ram combo, ssd

Looking for something like this, ideally as a set, but open to buying individual parts. Total budget is about $300, so roughly $250 for the cpu/mobo/ram and $50 for ssd.

Looking for roughly:

CPU: 3600x/9600k

Mobo: B450/Z370 - something cheap but with PCI Express 3.0/4.0 support and at least one NVME slot

Ram: 16 GB of something DDR-4 2666 and above

SSD: NVME, around 500 gb and in good shape, but i'll probably buy one brand new.

Stock CPU cooler is a plus.

Thanks
