In my previous career, I was a general manager and district manager for a bunch of Burger Kings. We 100% check social media and etc before hiring someone. A person who has had this specific type of drama will have zero chance of getting hired to work in an environment where sanitary behavior is hugely important. Not only because we are required to maintain certain standards, but obviously nobody is going to want to eat at a place where someone like this works.
