What teams to create in PES 2013 on PS3 and how to add them to ML correctly?

I' m editing PES 2013 on PS3 and want to create Borussia Dortmund, I don't want to do the whole Bundesliga, just want them to appear in Champions League or Europa League in ML, how do I add them correctly ( which league ect. )

Also, what other teams are easy to create? For example Dortmund has most of the players already in the game.
