Mac only turns on when I press down on trackpad and power key

My MacBook recently started doing this thing where it won’t turn on unless I hold down the trackpad and power key at the same time..

None of the other key combinations work, does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong ? I’m on a budget so I would like to know if it’s something I can fix myself
