OP asks for advice. You give them advice. The say no I don't like "x". These threads are the worst.

She's really not a support. Every character is capable of carrying.

The best way to think about it is that different agents have different "levers" they can pull to gain an edge. I'll use league to provide analogies.

The main levers agents can pull are: map control, info, "duelling" power, and movement.

Map control is pretty self explanatory. If you're in mid on split, you have control of that entire area of the map until you get killed/disrupted. The rest of your team can then play knowing that mid is safe (for now) and don't have to watch for flanks from that direction. It's like how you can shove in your top lane when your jungler is taking crab. You know that you're safe from ganks for the time being.

Info is like soft map-control. If you know where enemies are or aren't, you can react to that info accordingly. Maybe you don't hold mjd, but you have a cypher tripwire there. Now you know if/when enemies are pushing through mid, even if you can't actually stop them. Info is li

There's not really a support role in Valorant. Playing Sage typically means you are just not a frontliner or actively seeking first bloods etc.

you haven't even played valorant yet, but have omen user flair. SUS

Fair call. To add to the above comment about yoru, just in case any other new players are looking, he's also getting reworked soon^tm so definitely a good idea not to invest too much time into learning him

Have decided will start with Omen and Brimstone

You can try different roles and see what works for you. Yoru is likely the weakest agent in game at the moment and also kind of hard to utilize as a new player. Omen is pretty good, you can look at videos for the proper way and positions for your smokes.

Sage is also a generally good agent that can help your team with utility even if you are not the best aimer.

Good luck.

So my new pc is coming in next week. I was bored so tried to learn about agents.
In fps games I have only played CSGO and the only character game I have played is LoL so I'm quite used to some of the abilities etc.

So how to start, I should make a role first like in LoL ?
Or just play the agents I like?

Currently after seeing all the abilities in mobalytics I like Yoru and Omen.
Any help and guide will be appreciated
Thanks you
