Can't get custom domain to work. Will pay for help!

I'm not a technophobe, I've even managed to get custom domains to work for a previous site. But this current site I've tried everything, read every tutorial, watch YouTube videos, and nothing. Always fails to verify.

If someone can please help me, I'm willing to pay I dunno, $25 to hold my hand through this process again. I'm at whits end.
