I just lost a shiny Gigantimax Charizard 🥺

My first EVER shiny in the game. I'm sooooo incredibly upset. I didn't want to use my masterball, was that stupid? I was lucky enough to join the game, I'm hoping it was a hacked den and not real. After all the pokémon spawned, the raid took 60 seconds or so to start which has never happened. I thought my switch froze.
