Fun week long activity courses to do

Hi,

I have the following 3 weeks off but am struggling to find things to do even though I’m sure there’s plenty to do in London!

I’m looking to do fun week long activity courses such as cooking, wakeboarding, golfing crash courses etc. Anyone have any further suggestions that will fill my time off?
