Announcing Our New Validator, Huobi Pool
Ryabina, Staking4all, Crypto Chain, Pinknode, and Disc-Soft are just a few of the well-known and established validators in Equilibrium. But now we’re adding another, and it’s a major one: Huobi Pool will support Equilibrium and Genshiro in order to make block validation in our networks even more unbiased and dependable.
Huobi is a leading cryptocurrency exchange that handles billions of dollars in daily crypto transactions. Huobi Pool is the name of its mining pool platform, and it uses a private network to connect its geographically dispersed data centers and interconnected servers. It’s been up and running since 2018.
Validators check that the information in a given set of parachain blocks is correct (such as the identities of the transacting parties and the subject matter of the contract). Our relationship with Huobi Pool will result in stronger support for our proof-of-stake consensus process, as well as better reliability in our interoperable money market services.
Huobi Pool solely serves as a validator for significant projects like Aave and Polkadot in this space. Equilibrium’s selection here is a huge vote of confidence in our project. The future looks bright, and Huobi Pool is excited to be a part of it!
