If someone would ask, my answer would be:

1.Mie Aceh

egg noodle with spaghetti-like consistency, served with spicy and flavorful broth.

2.Sate Padang

Beef meat and tongue satay.

3.Soto

Indonesian style soup, probably has more than a hundred variations across the country, made with mixture of ingredients and clear broth (soto kudus, soto madura) or heavy, coconut milk based broth (soto betawi, coto makassar)
